In 1998, AME Group Inc. (Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) became MLE Consulting. AME was formed in 1987 by Wendell Leimbach and James Marshall after many years of experience with world leaders in manufacturing.
Since its founding, the firm has expanded from a manufacturing
engineering consulting business to a professional services firm that provides clients with expertise in
product development, manufacturing engineering, logistics and continuous improvement.
