• Best Practices Evaluation MLE has Best Practices evaluation systems for manufacturing, engineering, service and distribution. The result of the evaluation is a scorecard that evaluates and rates a company against others in the same or related industries. This system is frequently used to evaluate internal and potential vendor operations. It is also a valuable tool for investors, including venture capitalists, to apply in evaluation of the operations of a potential investment.

• Best Practices Cost Projection System MLE Consulting has created a Best Practices manufacturing cost estimation process which will generate the Best Practices cost projection for a given product. This projection, in connection with sales projections and the Dupont financial model, creates a "best cost" business plan for the product.

• Value Builder II^TM is an MLE customized value analysis process. This highly effective program incorporates problem solving early in the process of data gathering, and brainstorming to generate innovative and creative ideas. Usually used in conjunction with new product development or process improvement, the result is a prioritized action plan for ideas which generate a 15-30% improvement in cost or operating performance.

• Clean Up, Measure Up and Get in Shape - this MLE course focuses on inventory accuracy and management. It helps a company get inventory under control and accurately moving through manufacturing and distribution channels.

• Geometric Tolerancing Short Course - this MLE course uses the latest standards and technology to teach the fundamentals of geometric tolerancing to design engineers, quality control employees and other shop floor personnel. The use of geometric tolerancing provides greater control of part dimensions while using simpler manufacturing methods.
